Wyeth, headquartered in Madison, New Jersey, is one of the largest research-based pharmaceutical and health care products companies in the world. Wyeth Pharmaceuticals is comprised of R&D, prescription products, vaccines, biopharmaceuticals and nutritionals.
Products under development include new treatments for cancers including hematologic and solid organ malignancies, inflammatory diseases including rheumatoid arthritis and asthma, infectious diseases and preventative vaccines, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, diseases of the central nervous system, and treatments in women's health including osteoporosis and vasomotor symptoms of menopause.
