ENBREL Support^™ Co-Pay Program

Now Paying for ENBREL is Easier for Your Patients

For all eligible* patients, the ENBREL Support^™ card co-pay program offers:

6 months at no co-pay cost
$10 or less co-pay per month thereafter^†

Program provides up to $750 of assistance per patient per month for months 1-12. For patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis who are first starting ENBREL, program provides up to $1,500 per patient per month for months 1-3.

Patient is responsible for costs above these amounts

Financial support is available to your patients each time their ENBREL prescription is filled. Patients may renew their participation in the ENBREL Support^™ co-pay program on an annual basis.

A call to 1-888-4ENBREL is all it takes (8 AM to 8 PM [ET], Monday through Friday)

Additional services available at no cost to your patient

If ENBREL is an appropriate choice for your patient, he/she can get started at your office with his/her first injection at no cost. You can help patients get off to the right start with in-office training on how to self-inject. Ask your Wyeth or Amgen representative for more information on training materials.

Not open to uninsured patients or patients over 65 receiving prescription reimbursement under any federal, state, or government-funded insurance programs (for example, Medicare, including Medicare Part D, Medicaid, etc) or patients who live in Massachusetts (or where prohibited by law). Restrictions, including monthly maximums, may apply. Offer subject to change or discontinuation without notice.

†Each time your patients fill an ENBREL prescription, they will receive 50% off their co-pay or pay no more than $10 per month—whichever helps your patients more.
